We loved the convenient location, close to everything we wanted to see in the city, including the beautiful cathedral and the AMAZING Gustavarium Museum. The hotel facilities were also outstanding, with well-equipped and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I was in Sweden for a large conference in Stockholm. I stayed in Uppsala because I couldn't get any closer. So my only complaint was the difficulty of getting to and from the conference centre. But the hotel was so good that it almost made the travel problems worth it. If I had business near Stockholm central station, so that I didn't have to change trains, I think I might choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great location close to attractions, and luxurious amenities such as high-quality bedding and bathroom fittings made our xmas stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful information about the area and offering great convenience during our stay.

There were numerous small details that detracted from our experience, such as items missing from the bathroom and lack of turn-down service. the hotel had limited parking space, and the staff seemed to be nonchalant towards assisting us with our requirements.
